The three men wandering the island sit down exhausted. Alonso, his brother, and Antonio, Prospero’s brother. Music plays and a table is laid in front of them.
As the starving men reach for it, the table vanishes. Ariel appears in a terrible shape and speaks. He brings up, in front of the three of them, what they did twelve years ago.
Alonso breaks. The sea has named his sin, he says. Losing his son, he believes, is the price of it.
