Sindbad went to sea once more. This time the ship lost its course and wandered for many days. The captain said he did not know these waters.
A mountain rises ahead and the current sets toward it. The ship struck the shore beneath it and broke up. The men barely get themselves onto dry land.
Once up, they find that the beach is covered with old ships. Broken hulls and their cargo had been piling there a long time. They were not the first to fetch up in that place.
